Meet Kirralee
Kirralee is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist, member of Speech Pathology Australia and owner of Sanctuary Speech Pathology.
Kirralee has over 12 years speech pathology experience, having worked in early intervention (children aged 0-6 years), for the Victorian Department of Education in primary and secondary schools, and in private practice.
She completed a Bachelor of Science and Master of Speech Pathology at the University of Melbourne, where she developed a passion for working with children and their families to help them achieve their goals. She completed her Masters thesis on late talking toddlers and she has a special interest in paediatric speech pathology.

Deaf and hard of hearing, including children with hearing aids and/or cochlear implants

Who Kirralee Works With
Kirralee regularly works with babies from three months of age, such as those diagnosed with hearing loss or genetic syndromes that may impact speech and language development, all the way through to high school students, such as those with lifelong conditions.
Professional Certification and Standards
Kirralee is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist, which means she participates in the Speech Pathology Australia’s Certification Program. This program ensures that speech pathologists provide safe, culturally responsive, effective and evidence-based services. Certification means that Kirralee participates in regular continuing professional development.
She has completed further training in a variety of areas, including the Hanen program; Key Word Sign; Auditory Verbal Therapy; Auditory Processing Disorder; paediatric feeding; Neurodiversity; Developmental Language Disorder; Cleft Palate and Velopharyngeal Insufficiency; Cochlear Implants; Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy; and many more.
